The service

TwoDocument provides tools for processing PDF files, images and office documents, run in the user's browser. Files are never uploaded. The user remains solely responsible for the documents they process and for how they use them.

Offers

During the launch, all tools are free and unlimited. The planned offers are: 3 free documents a day; a 24-hour pass for €1.99 (one-off payment, no subscription); the Premium subscription for €3.99 a month or €29.99 a year, with no commitment.

Right of withdrawal

The 24-hour pass gives immediate access to a digital service. At the time of payment, the user expressly requests its immediate performance and acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). For the Premium subscription, the user has 14 days to withdraw; if they asked to use it straight away, only the portion corresponding to the period already used remains payable.

Cancelling Premium

The subscription can be cancelled online at any time, in a few clicks, from “My account”. It remains active until the end of the period already paid for; an e-mail confirms the cancellation.

The consumer mediator will be named here before the paid offers open.
