How do I compare two PDFs?

  1. Choose the old version, then the new one (in that order).
  2. Press “Compare”.
  3. Download the report: additions highlighted in green, deletions listed on the last page.

In what order should I choose the files?

The old version first, then the new one. Use the arrows to change the order if needed.

Are layout changes detected?

The comparison covers the text: added, deleted and changed words. A simple shift in the layout is not flagged.

Run them through the OCR tool first to recognize their text, then compare them.

Are my documents uploaded online?
